Introduction to the Leadership Journey Recap Series

During this video, we provide an overview of how these recap videos are intended to review certain content areas within the Leadership Journey programs. Our commitment is to keep them short (<7 min.) and to give you a refresher of the content covered.

Revisiting the Leadership Circle

During this video, we explore the construct of the Leadership Circle® competency model including the creative competencies and reactive tendencies. We also review the tension that exists between the reactive tendencies and the creative leadership competencies.

Reviewing the OBT Structure

During this video, we review how to develop your One Big Thing or “OBT” including what you want to do less of (reactive tendency) and what you want to do more of (creative behavior.) You can also download a simple development plan to map your next journey.
