Consultant/Executive Coach
Kristie is a consultant and executive coach who has been strengthening the capabilities of leaders for over 25 years. She has both supported and led initiatives related to executive assessment and coaching, talent strategy, talent portfolio measurement, and high potential development. For coaching initiatives in particular, Kristie partners with her clients to define personal as well as professional success and the capabilities needed to drive that success. She is an advocate for her clients and the goals they’ve set, serving as a thought partner, a source of encouragement, and where needed, a challenger.
Kristie’s professional experience includes owning her own consulting practice; Director Talent Planning & Assessment at Cisco Systems, Inc.; Vice President Executive Assessment at First Data Corporation; Manager Executive Development at Corporate Express; Consultant at Personnel Decisions International; and adjunct faculty member at the University of Colorado, Denver. Her roles to-date have provided invaluable global experience in Europe, Asia, and Australia, and across industries as diverse as utilities, financial services, health care, and technology.
Kristie earned her B.S. in Psychology from Penn State University and her M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University.
