Co-Founder, VP of Operations
As Co-founder of the StarQuest Group, Jill Athenour currently oversees operations of the company including all project management. Her previous roles included designing and developing curriculum; facilitating training programs; and coaching individuals and teams in performance improvement, career planning and personal and professional development.
Jill recently returned to StarQuest after a decade, during which time she built a successful college admissions consulting business. She is passionate about empowering people to recognize their strengths, be courageous, and go after the life they envisioned. As an entrepreneur, wife, and mother, Jill has the scars to prove it can be done.
Jill holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from UC, Santa Barbara, and a Master’s in Counseling from St. Mary’s College of California. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and member of the International Coaching Federation. Jill is also certified in several assessment instruments including the Leadership Circle 360 Profile, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Strong Interest Inventory and EQ-I emotional intelligence skills training.
