Julie Neher

Program Manager

Julie oversees the customer experience at StarQuest. She is responsible for managing all projects and programs to ensure we consistently exceed our client expectations. She is responsible for managing client engagements, production, account management, and budgets. She also works with our team of consultants and executive coaches to ensure they are equipped to deliver excellence.

In addition to program management, Julie directs and manages our assessment center which administers 360-degree assessments, personality assessments, and emotional intelligence assessments each year. Because confidentiality of our assessment process is critical, she ensures the integrity of our administrative processes are adhered to without exception.

Julie has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from University of California, Los Angeles.
