Cathy brings extensive leadership experience from consulting with Fortune 500 organizations, as well as holding various leadership positions in manufacturing and financial services organizations. Her main areas of focus include assessment, executive coaching, training, and facilitation. Cathy enjoys bringing her colorful stories and experiences to light while she teaches such subjects as feedback, communication, coaching, change management, and diversity/inclusion.
During her tenure in various positions in the fields of human resources and learning & development, Cathy has been a member of a joint venture integration team, leveraging her knowledge of organization design, performance management, selection, and development to the formation of a new company. Some of her most rewarding work has been building and leading executive development programs with high-potential employees.
Cathy holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, is a member of the American Psychological Association, Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and is certified on a variety of assessment instruments, including The Leadership Circle Profile, Caliper, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and Emergenetics. She is also a certified Prosci Change Management practitioner and has worked on largescale organizational change projects.
