The Leadership Journey Program
The Leadership Journey™ Program is an integrated development program for mid to senior level leaders who desire to increase their leadership effectiveness in a complex, fast-changing business environment. The program includes an in-depth assessment and development plan. Leaders are then paired with executive coaches for one-on-one development. The journey continues by exploring different team/organizational leadership competencies including building trust, giving/receiving feedback, coaching, creating a culture of accountability, and more. Each leader works their development plan with their coach throughout the duration of the program.
The program is designed for cross-functional leadership groups and intact leadership teams, which allows for peer-to-peer feedback and support, and deep discussions around application of the leadership competencies.
