Our coaching process includes three phases:
Phase 1: Assess
We start with a thorough assessment phase that provides you with a solid understanding of your strengths and liabilities. Assessments often include 360° assessments, personality and attribute assessments, and emotional intelligence assessments.
Step 2: Plan
Once we have a good understanding of what you want to do more of and what you want to do less of, we co-create with you a plan that provides waypoints along your transformative journey. Through coaching, leaders develop greater self-awareness and higher levels of consciousness, so they are more effective at leading their teams and organization.
Step 3: Coach
For us, coaching is not about problem solving, but rather is a deeply personal journey that requires commitment from the leader. Our job is to “clear the air” so our clients can see their potential, identify self-limiting barriers, and explore options going forward.
