Cathy brings extensive leadership experience from consulting with Fortune 500 organizations, as well as holding various leadership positions in manufacturing and financial services organizations. Her main areas of focus include assessment, executive coaching, training, and facilitation.
During her career, Cathy has worked extensively with organizations, providing support in the areas of organization design, communication, training, and other change and program management activities. Her expertise around assessment, selection, and performance management have led her to build, implement, and measure success of these tools and processes. Some of her most rewarding work has been building and leading executive development programs with high-potential employees where she was able to target group and individual development activities to get these individuals ready for new assignments.
Cathy holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, is a member of the American Psychological Association, Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and is certified on a variety of assessment instruments, including The Leadership Circle Profile, Zenger Folkman, Caliper, Hogan, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and Emergenetics. She is also a certified Prosci Change Management practitioner and has worked on large scale organizational change projects.
