“QBQ: The Question Behind the Question” by John G. Miller
I was first introduced to the QBQ back in 2000 when John published his first book. For some reason, John’s QBQ methodology had a stick factor that has endured all these year. I recently re-read his original book, and realized why the stick factor was so high. His strategies and tactics are still relevant, and applicable if you want to increase organizational and personal accountability. It’s a quick 1-hour read that has some very applicable, user-friendly take-aways.
